Reservation and Order Policies Reservations are subject to availability and are facilitated as an intermediary service. Orders are direct agreements between the Client and Seller, with Mahxipano acting solely as a platform provider. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers; we are not responsible for payment disputes or errors. Cancellation, refund, and no-show policies are governed by the Seller’s policies, which users agree to honor. 6. Intellectual Property Rights All content on the platform, including logos, images, text, and software, is owned by Mahxipano or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit permission. 7.
